Site History

This one story brick building was built in 1950, it’s original use and is still used today as a retail front. The original configuration of the building is how it is today a row retail establishment.

Reported Paranormal Phenomenal

  • Strong odors coming from a back room in the store
  • Customers having clothing tugged on
  • Noises that are not natural to the building at closing time
  • Customers have a feeling of not being wanted
  • Owner is feeling very uneasy in building

Average Temperature Inside: 68° F

Average Humidity Inside: 10%

Weather Outside: At 10:00pm, dry with a temperature of 65° F, humidity is at 26%, winds are calm, sky is clear.

*Solar X-Ray: Normal

*Geomagnetic Field: Quiet

*Solar X-Ray and Geomagnetic Field activities seem to affect the amount of paranormal activity. Researchers have found that during periods of heightened solar x-ray activity and geomagnetic activity in space, paranormal activity increases.

*Moon Phase: waning crescent with 4% of the Moon's visible disk illuminated

*Research has shown that the magnetic fields are the strongest on the days around the full and new moon cycles. Spirit activity is found to be more prominent during these times.

Equipment Used

Multiple analog and digital audio recorders. One stationary camera JVC – VHS C, One night shot camera, K II EMF meter, multiple thermometers from ambient to non-contact, 1 Infrared camera.

Investigation Report

Subject property consists of two floors with approximately 1408 Sq. Ft. on first floor and the same amount in the cellar area.

No visual phenomenon was observed on any video cameras. Investigators had audio recorders and digital cameras. There were some anomalies on the digital cameras – viewed as inconclusive. There were no EVPS’s captured.

Event Review & Findings

High EMF spike in cellar area – found to be the electrical panel. There was no other EMF spikes or notable temperature changes.

No visual phenomenon was observed on any video cameras. Investigators had audio recorders and digital cameras.

There were some anomalies on the digital cameras – viewed as inconclusive.

  
  
 

There were no EVPS’s captured.

Research indicated that there once was another building attached to this building. The
former mention building did catch on fire and had to be torn down. We
did note some old fire damage in the subject building.
