To bring you up to date I did go ahead and sell the building, privately – as I would have used you if I had to put it on the market. It was a deal I couldn’t pass up and I’m ready to retire. I did pass your card onto the new owners if they need anything.

I want to commend you on your inspection of the property located (omitted due to confidentiality). I must say my sellers were a little surprised when your clients told them as to what “inspection” they were doing. To be honest I had never heard of it. My sellers said you were thorough and they themselves had a good learning experience.
I know our deal did not come together but I know it wasn’t a lack of hard work on your part.
I will keep you in mind if I ever I have a buyer or seller who might be in need of your “services”.
