What We Do

Typically a client will initiate contact with us through a telephone call, written or e-mail communication. One of our investigators will then communicate back with you via the outlet you prefer.  In that inital contact they will be gathering information from you on your sitiuation.

The next step is an on site interview with the client. The function of the on site interview is to access the location, gather additional information, explain the investigative process to the client, and establish the client / investigator relationship.

Should an investigation be recommended an appointment is set at the time of the interview.

Following the initial investigation all data is analyzed and a conference is set with the client to discuss findings.

Return investigations may be preformed where determined necessary or where data is corrupt or inconclusive.
